Plum extract!

I made a fermented food with japanese apricots. it is a kind of syrup.
It's really simple. You just need apricots and sugar and a big container to store it.
(A small tip; Glass container is good. Others can cause its own flavor to be changed later.) That's all.

1. Wash apricots with running water and place them in a big bowl.

2. Pour sugar into the bowl at one to one ratio and mix them together.
3. Transfer them to the glass container, Smooth its surface and store it at room temperature,
    away from heat and light.

After six month or a year, you can get a great amount of sour-sweet syrup.
You can use it instead of sugar for any cook.
and it also really helpful for indigetion. I've been lived with annoyable indegetion since i was little and everytime I had a pain, I just spooned this syrup a few times(3-4) and it's completely gone.
One more, it can be a great drink in hot summer. Pour it into water and stir. drink like a lemonade.
much healthier than an ice coffee :)

Enjoy! x

I love Thai food. Especially phat thai!:)
I used to eat this for lunch when I lived in Dublin as well! It was a little surprising for me to notice that a lot of people actually liked it, cause I thought that it could be a bit spicy for them. Anyway! I finally had a phat thai here in Seoul.
Phat thai has some different flavor depending on restaurants where you go in. It is not an exception even for Thailand. I had a splendid holiday in Bangkok last winter and apparently I ate this lovely food as everyday meals. They were all different but delish, though:)

Night view of Seoul city from N tower which is a famous place you should visit if you are in Seoul.
Busy, dense, and beautiful city.
